Interlibrary Request Form

Please complete this form to request materials via interlibrary loan. Please provide as much information as possible about the items you wish to request. Remember, interlibrary loan requests can take two (2) weeks or more to fill. Please plan accordingly. All fields marked with a * are required to process this request. You will be contacted within a couple of days if your request is not fillable. If successfully filled, you will be contacted as soon as your requested material(s) arrives.

Use this form to request books, articles and media from other libraries.
Only request one (1) item per form submission.
You must be registered with the library and in good standing in order to use ILL.
It usually takes 5 - 10 days to get the requested item.
