FAQs

  • New student will get an automated “Welcome Email” within 24 hours from CCSNH to your personal email (ex: [email protected]) after being provisioned to the college system. Click here to see sample “Welcome Email”
  • The “Welcome Email” contains instructions to,
    • Complete the process of creating a password for your account and
    • A link to initiate the process
  • Student clicks the link and selects personal email from a drop-down list. An email containing the verification code is sent immediately
  • Student copies that verification code and enters in the box for verification process
  • The student enters a new password on the next page (greater than 14 characters and can be a phrase)
  • A final confirmation page is presented and a confirmation email is sent to the new Easylogin account

  • You can goto self-service portal to set three security questions. Simply login to the system with EasyLogin credential and select “Security Questions & Answer” under “Enrollment” tab
  • Click Student EasyLogin Self Service
  • Open a ticket by going into IT Helpdesk ticketing system
  • For student, select Students.local Domain
